Day 1: Cape Town

Day 2: Cape Town/Oudtshoorn (1B, 1L, 1D)

Travel into the Klein Karoo and enjoy a first night of camping. Opt to explore the Cango Caves or visit an ostrich farm.

Day 3: Oudtshoorn/Tsitsikamma National Park (1B, 1L, 1D)

Indigenous Tsitsikamma forests surround the campsite in the village of Storms River. Optional activities in the area include hiking a portion of the Otter Trail or along the coastline, abseiling, scuba diving, snorkeling, boat rides, canoeing, whale watching, or even the world's highest bungee jump.

Day 4: Tsitsikamma National Park (1B, 1L, 1D)

Day 5: Tsitsikamma National Park/Addo Elephant National Park (1B, 1L, 1D)

Continue on to Addo Elephant National Park, a unique wildlife area. Although famous for the Addo elephants, this park is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Embark on an afternoon wildlife safari drive (in our vehicle) in search of the resident elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, and even leopards. Listen to the wild sounds of Africa while enjoying a sundowner and sitting around the campfire at night.

Day 6: Addo Elephant National Park/Graaff-Reinet (1B, 1L, 1D)

Travel into the vast semi-desert of the Great Karoo and overnight in the town of Graaff-Reinet, just outside the Camdeboo National Park.

Day 11: Drakensville/Saint Lucia (1B, 1L)

Travel to St Lucia on the coast of Zululand.

Take an optional boat trip on the estuary or go horseback riding on the beach. Opt to visit Hluluwe - iMfolozi Park, which is a safe haven for both the white and black rhino, as well as lions, buffalo, elephants, and leopards.


Day 13: Saint Lucia/Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary (1B, 1L, 1D)

The mountainous Kingdom of Swaziland, lead by King Mswati III, is one of three monarchies in Africa. Explore Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, which is situated in the Swaziland's “Valley of Heaven”, the Ezulwini Vallley.
